1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI School ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered members, and paying subscribers.

2. Description of Service

AI School provides online courses, interactive exercises, AI tools resources, and automated support — designed to help entrepreneurs and business professionals learn and apply artificial intelligence in their work. Access to certain features requires a paid subscription.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Platform.
• One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Starter Plan: $29/month — billed monthly, cancel anytime.
• Pro Plan: $79/month — billed monthly, cancel anytime.
• Lifetime Access: $497 one-time payment — permanent access to all current and future content.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time via the Help Bot or your dashboard settings.
• Payments are processed securely by third-party providers. We do not store payment card details.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans. If you are unsatisfied for any reason within 30 days of your first payment, request a refund through the Help Bot and we will process it within 5-7 business days — no questions asked. Refunds are not available after 30 days or for Lifetime Access purchases older than 30 days.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, branding, and platform code are the intellectual property of AI School. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access content for your own learning.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your login credentials or allow others to access your account
• Reproduce or redistribute course content
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Platform
• Submit false or misleading information

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

AI School is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific results from using the Platform. Individual results from applying AI strategies vary based on many factors including effort, market conditions, and business context. Course content is educational and does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI School shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service. You may close your account at any time via the Help Bot. Upon termination, your access to paid content will cease at the end of your current billing period.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
